Pull out a length of floss about the size of your hand - or your preferred length - and tear along the cutter.
Step 2
Gently guide the floss between teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
Step 3
Replace the internal spool with a refill when empty.
Step 4
Thread the floss through the cap opening, then screw the cap on securely.
Step 5
Once finished, place the cap back onto the floss container to keep the oil-coated floss fresh.
