All Sales Are Final
Because we make products designed to go in your mouth, all purchases are final sale. We're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed — this policy exists to protect the safety and hygiene of every customer, including you.
We take quality seriously. Every product is inspected before it leaves our facility, and we stand behind what we make.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@koppen.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We review each case individually and will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.
Important Notes
- All sales are final at the time of purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
- Digital products, if applicable, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Subscription orders follow the same final sale policy; you may cancel future renewals at any time through your customer account portal.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — we're genuinely happy to help. Fraudulent chargebacks on valid orders may be disputed with supporting documentation.
